It's strange, but you can ad dougboy pools to the list of things I've had dreams about on and off over the years. I wouldn't be surprised if one popped up in my dreams tonight. <> I'm not too sure of the dates, but here's my first pool memory: When we first became friends, my mother was very worried about the pool and wouldn't let me go in it. I can remember sitting in my room, hearing you and your friends splashing away in the pool. In an effort to make things up to me, my mother bought a model ship from some place like Goodwill and sat me down in the bathtub with it. This wasn't great, but it was something. Then this cockroach, one of the big ones, a couple of inches or so, floats out of this boat, and this completely freaks me out. Bam, I'm out of the tub, down the hall, and on the back porch. No towel, dripping water, but happy to be away from that monster bug. Soon after this episode, my mom relented and I got to swim in your pool. Jim
